1. General provisions
These Terms govern use of the EkoAlert mobile application (“App”).
The administrator and owner of the app is:

By using the App, you accept these Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms, you should stop using the app.
2. Description of the service
EkoAlert is an app for:
- displaying waste collection schedules,
- reminding you of collection dates,
- storing your settings,
- synchronizing data (Premium features),
- using additional PRO features.
The app is informational and supportive in nature.
EkoAlert is not an official source of municipal information.
3. Data accuracy
Collection schedules are based on publicly available information or data processed by EkoAlert.
We do not guarantee that data is:
- complete,
- error-free,
- always up to date.
You are responsible for verifying collection dates with official sources when that matters to you.
4. Notifications
The app may send local reminders.
We do not guarantee:
- delivery of notifications,
- timely delivery of notifications,
- correct notification behavior on all devices or system versions.
Reminders may be affected by, among other things:
- battery saver settings,
- system restrictions,
- disabled permissions,
- device manufacturer settings.
5. Premium features (PRO)
EkoAlert may offer paid Premium features, including:
- data sync across devices,
- multiple saved addresses,
- additional reminders,
- extended settings,
- other features marked as PRO.
The scope of Premium features may change as the app develops.
6. Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are offered through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play
Currently available plans may include:
- a monthly plan,
- an annual plan (with a trial period).
Purchase, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are subject to the relevant store’s terms.
EkoAlert:
- does not collect payments directly,
- does not store payment card data,
- is not responsible for payment processing handled by the stores.
7. Expiry of PRO subscription
After a subscription ends:
- Premium features may be limited or disabled,
- sync data may remain stored,
- reactivating a subscription may restore access to your previous data.
Expiry of a subscription does not automatically delete your account or data.
8. Account and data deletion
You may delete your account:
- from within the app, or
- by email from the address linked to your account.
Deleting your account permanently removes sync data stored by EkoAlert.
Details are described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Service availability
The app may:
- require an internet connection,
- occasionally malfunction,
- contain errors,
- be temporarily unavailable.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all features.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- decompile the app,
- attempt unauthorized access,
- automatically scrape data in a way that could burden the service,
- use the app for unlawful activities.
11. Intellectual property
All rights to EkoAlert, including:
- source code,
- app design,
- graphics,
- logo,
- manner of presenting data,
belong to Bartłomiej Świerad or the respective license holders.
You may not copy or distribute app elements without permission.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EkoAlert is not liable for:
- missed waste collection,
- incorrect schedules,
- undelivered notifications,
- data loss due to device failure,
- indirect damages arising from use of the app.
The app is provided “as is”.
13. Changes to the app
We may:
- add new features,
- remove features,
- change how PRO features work,
- discontinue development of the app.
14. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated.
Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new version.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
